There are no costs associated, your order will be delivered free of charge to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
At the end of the shopping basket, you can choose to have your order delivered to your home address or to a GLS pick-up point. This means your home address or any other address of your choice.
Your order will be sent via GLS. If you place your order by 12:00 noon (The Netherlands time) on weekdays, we will immediately start working on your order, and it will be delivered to the address you provided on:
- The Netherlands (24h); - Belgium (24h); - Germany (48h); - Austria (72h).
If the order is placed after 12:00 noon (The Netherlands time), you will need to add another 24 hours to your delivery time.
You will receive an SMS and an e-mail with a tracking code, by clicking on the link you can locate your order, in the same link you can also change the time of delivery.
Once you complete your order, we will start working for you immediately, for this reason it is not possible to cancel your order on the website from that moment on. You should contact our customer service via e-mail or phone, to cancel your order within 12h, the amount will be refunded to your account, by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase in a few days, please note that the refund period will depend on your bank.
If you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours, you must wait for the product to be delivered to your address and follow the return steps.
If your preferred item is not in stock, please select your desired size and color, and leave your e-mail address in the "let me know" bar. When the item is available an automatic message will be sent to you.
You can choose from the following payment methods, iDeal, Creditcard (Visa/Mastercard), Paypal.
You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of return, you must notify us of this intention by email to email@example.com
We do not accept exchanges, only returns.
Return cost will be borne by AQA for The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
In the case of returns of orders from Austria the return is free of charge, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds may take up to 5 working days after receiving returned goods. After checking the status of the packaging and products, the refund will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that the refund term will depend on the payment method used and on your bank procedures.
The next steps depend on where you purchased your products.
If a product you ordered through our webshop has arrived damaged or defective, we would like to receive notification of it within 2 days of delivery.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and at least 2 photographs of the damage, so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.
In the case of proven flaws or defects resulting from material or manufacturing failure of the product, the customer will be entitled to a free replacement of the defected item. Any other warranty rights are expressly excluded.
The customer's testing and claim obligations, as well as the warranty period are determined by the legal provisions in force in the country of the seller. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods.
